For construction sites, agricultural use, and outdoor events, the standard porta potty provides maximum ventilation, a roomy interior, an anti-slip floor, and two tissue rolls. Additionally, the hand wash station is suitable for any outdoor setting, equipped with a foot pump, two stations, and the capacity for approximately 350 uses per fill, all without requiring power.

What's the difference between the Premium and Flushable porta potties?

Both offer a cleaner experience than a standard unit, but here's the key distinction:

The Premium Porta Potty flushes waste away using fresh water after each use — the most hygienic option among our stand-alone units. It also features an occupancy signal, a sanitary seat deck, and a corner tank design that maximizes floor space.

The Flushable Porta Potty uses a foot-pedal recirculating system — it flushes, but recycles the same liquid rather than fresh water. It's a great upgrade over standard units and is more economical for longer-duration rentals.

How does the Hand Wash Station work?

Our two-station Hand Wash Station is entirely self-contained — no plumbing or electrical hookups required. It operates with a hands-free foot pump to dispense water, and each station includes its own soap dispenser and paper towel holder.

With a 22-gallon freshwater tank and 24-gallon gray water capacity, it provides nearly 350 uses before needing a refill. The compact design fits easily alongside or inside a portable restroom for transport, and built-in lift handles make placement simple.

Are the units cleaned and sanitized before each rental?

Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and fully restocked before delivery. Our luxury trailers and premium units receive extra attention to detail. For multi-day rentals or extended events, we can arrange mid-rental servicing to keep everything fresh throughout.

How far in advance do I need to book?+

It depends on what you need:

Standard units for construction or short-term use: We can often accommodate requests with just a few days' notice.

Luxury trailers and weekend events: We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during the busy spring and summer season.

Do you handle delivery, setup, and pickup?+

Yes — we take care of everything. We'll deliver and place the unit at your specified location, and pick it up when the rental period ends. For events, we coordinate timing so everything is in place before your guests arrive and removed after the event wraps. For construction sites, we'll work directly with your site manager.

What information do I need to have ready when I book?

To get you an accurate quote and confirm availability, it helps to have the following handy:

- Date(s) of service and rental duration

- Delivery address and any access notes (gate codes, narrow lanes, soft ground, etc.)

- Approximate number of users or guests

- Type of event or use (wedding, construction, festival, etc.)

- Whether you need servicing during the rental

Do you offer mid-rental servicing for longer rentals?

Yes. For multi-day rentals, construction sites, or extended events, we can schedule regular service visits to pump, clean, and restock your units. This is especially important for construction sites with daily use. Let us know your timeline and usage when booking and we'll build a service schedule around it.

What if the ground at my site is soft or hard to access?

We're experienced working on Long Island terrain — from sandy East End lots to tight event spaces. When you book, let us know about any access considerations (soft ground, narrow driveways, tight turns) and we'll make sure to bring the right equipment and plan accordingly. The luxury trailer's self-leveling stairs also help accommodate uneven surfaces.
